Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your EcoFlow unit.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item in its original box with all accessories and cables included, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the product's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
